Now that makes me happy!!!
187.4 lb Lost so far: 37.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1786 kcal Fat: 116.44g | Prot: 143.80g | Carb: 41.34g.   Breakfast: Bacon, Egg White, Scrambled Egg, pepper jack, sausage bob evans. Lunch: Real Mayonnaise, Solid White Albacore Tuna in Water (2 oz). Dinner: honey ham boar's head, 45 Calories and Delightful 100% Whole Wheat Bread with Honey, american cheese kraft. Snacks/Other: polly-o, Bold Lime 'n Chili Almonds. more...
