Back on track this week but feeling hungry and tired all the time. Going to have to add a few more calories in per day I think in order to be able to get all the exercise in that I want.
135.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
on diet Weight Watchers   gaining 0.1 lb a week
