i Weighed myself in the afternoon yesterday, so I don't know how accurate that was. I weighed myself today right in the morning.
179.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 29.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Weight fluctuates all day. The best time to weigh for the most accurate gauge of weight loss is in the morning before eating or drinking and after going to the bathroom and in the same clothes with the same scale.
