I haven't really had an appetite lately. In fact, I don't get hungry until later on in the day. Then, I overdo it when I finally do eat. I want to lose 30 lbs by Valentine's Day and I believe I can do it. I'm going to enjoy some of my favorite dishes for Thanksgiving but I'm going to be mindful of the portions. I don't want to be anal about the portions but I don't want to overdo it. I just believe that if you're too anal about what you eat, you'll over-indulge later on. I will lose this 30 lbs.

30 pounds by valentines day can be done! I have been losing at a rate of 10 pounds a month and I have found that it gives plenty of time to reach the goal. Having the entire month gives you are couple days that you can "cheat" and still gives you time to work it off. I will check up on you if you need to be held accountable :)
