I think I may have finally found motivation to exercise. I have done little to no exercise so far during my weight loss journey. But, one of my most favorite cousins is getting married on 14 January. The wedding is taking place near my hometown and everyone in my huge family will be there. Many of these people have not seen me in over two years because I live several states away. Some of them have no idea that I have lost a lot of weight.
I have found a dress that I want to wear. It is a bit tight on me now and I plan on losing a bit more weight so it will look perfect. I really would like to surprise everyone with the way I look and exercise will be the key to get me there. Lets hope I can find something that I will keep up at and not hurt my back even more.

That's an awesome motivator! You have done really well for no exercise up to this point! I bet adding in the exercise will push you to your goal before you know it.

The best motivator of all. You're gonna REALLY shine - I know it! There is NOTHING like the look on people's faces when they see the changes you've made. Go go go!

It is going to feel great to see the smiles on their faces. What a motivation. I've heard that yoga is good, especially for those with back or knee injuries. Good luck. We are here for support =)
