The honeymoon is over, weight is the same as last week, lol. Not complaining though, I knew the rapid loss couldn't (and shouldn't) continue. : )
168.4 lb Lost so far: 23.3 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's OK Carol...you're not that far off of your low-so-far. Looks like your body's just taking a breather before resuming its trek on downward to goal.

That's what I figured too Sandy, I think it's just taking some time to readjust now that I'm back on program. I'm in no hurry, slow and steady definitely wins this race. : ) Hope you're having a wonderful weekend!
