Yesterday was a bust though. I didn't measure anything and went over on the carbs and my calories were low so I was not getting enough protein. Today was really good though. I measured everything and was right on target. I had to add a hamburger patty te get enough calories for the day and barely went over 1500. Tomorrow will be even better; I will conquer this WOE.
