Weight still the same. Activity and energy ZERO. People can assume at my size that I am healthy and have nothing to worry about with health/weight. They are wrong for it is a daily struggle to lose a few lbs and make changes to actually feel good as we age. Also to battle physical ailments at the same time. I'm still trying.
135.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
