Well Im still on the journey, but as you can see I have not been doing well. At least Im still lower than my starting weight. I could have ballooned up another 20 or 30 pounds over the last 8 months. 2 days ago I renewed my initiative to lose weight. I will lead a healthy lifestyle for 365 days. If I dont like it, then I can go back to my old ways, but only after 365 days. Im hoping that I feel and look so good at that point that I will never want to return to those old unhealthy habits and sedentary lifestyle. I want to create a 1000 calorie deficit every day of the week. This should put me at losing a healthy 1 to 2 pounds of week. I plan to drink at least 8 cups of water, eat a low fat high protein diet with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, and exercise 7 days a week. I will exercise at least 20 minutes per workout. Im starting out with doing Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds dvds (cardio), Jillian Micheal's 30 Day Shread (interval training), and at least 2 visits to my local gym per week (cardio and strength). I have 363 more days to go. PRAY FOR ME YALL!!!
