Well still haven't lost weight, but am gaining loads of muscle. Also very happy to find out I can fit in my old work wear...before I could barely get them on, or you would get that weird stretched out look. So that has made my day. But hopefully I'll make my first goal in the next few days! Being in the 180's again would be wonderful. So wish me luck!

Good luck!! I'm trying to also lose weight and gain muscle at the same time so the only thing I have to go by is the way my clothes fit. Keep up the good work.

The way your clothes fit says more than the number on the scale, especially if you're gaining muscle. Muscle really does weigh more than fat, so if you're fitting into your clothes and gaining muscle, keep in mind that you ARE losig fat (which is the goal, right?)

You're doing great! Those 180's are just around the corner and I know you're going to get there soon! It is a wonderful feeling to be able to get into clothes you haven't been able to wear for a long time. I sure am looking forward to that feeling too! I'm proud of you!
