let myself go for about a week. Wasn't eating as well as I could. Gained a lot of water weight due to all the pickles I was eating, so I have had to finally give them up. Back on track and doing better.
257.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
