Well I managed to salvage this week after a disastrous start at the PA Renaissance Faire followed by a Sunday of comforting myself with 22 hot wings from Pizza Hut. Feeling good about the progress and still hopeful of coming under the 200 floor by the end of this month. Just want to make sure I'm nor losing lean body mass so I've been adding some swimming to my weekly routine.
