Niles Bishop's Journal, 20 October 2011

Well it seems forgetting to bring my lunch was a blessing is disguise. My weight is now just .2 lbs above last week. I may make my official weigh-in day on Saturday morning since the Friday night parties are out. Plus I could use the extra day to get the weight down.
