I need to find balance quickly. I'm back in school and am so exhausted by the end of the day that I just eat any old thing that is quick but not really healthy. And then I am working on paper after paper and not really getting to bed on time so I have a very hard time getting up in the morning and working out. I'm sooo busy at work that I barely eat there and then when I get home i'm starving. Goodness, as much as I really need to just be still for two seconds, I can't, I have too much going on. I just need a break!!!
216.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

First - it gets better, so just breathe. in ... out... now Second - balance can't be found it has to be made. Time for you to take charge of your life. It's YOUR life. here's what worked for me - Start your own notebook diary. For one week write down what you do with NO judgements. At the end of your first week, take 5 minutes and look for ONE small opportunity to integrate activity into your routine, to put some healther food (carrots, yogurt, fruit, into your refig)or address ONE small thing that would make you feel better. Keep your goal small and easy. Perfection is not what is needed, just one reasonable, almost easy improvement. Write it down - do it. Keep the journal. Once you reach 90 days, then review and pick one more thing. Remember - NO Judgements. If you didn't do something yesterday, then commit to doing it today. If after 4 days you still couldn't do it, then you've been too ambitious. Break that goal into a peices and pick one peice. That day start again. do it for 90 days, then add another peice. By your next birthday, you'll be amazed at how much better you feel. You're smart - you can do this.

Going to school makes me fat. When I was in college I gained 20LB+ per year and then tried to lose it during summer break. Stress = Cookies, Chips and Crackers which are the finger food demons of dieting. Only advice I can give is don't study or eat 2 hours before bedtime. Best wishes and get a good night's rest.
