Here I am - starting over a year later, and almost as heavy as last year!! D's kids party over with yesterday - can concentrate on my food intake now. Do not like feeling yuk :( Back to "drinking" Mylanta again thru' the night. This has got to stop. Had a great all protein brekky, thawing out chicken for tea - cleaned out fridge and sorted vegies/salad stuff. Must think about lunches for work more careully (cream cheese and celery - salmon and salad - mashed boiled eggs in lettuce leaves) think, think, think!! - and stay OFF milk coffees; use cream, have two a day only! Well, here we go ...... again ..... positive JUST DO IT!!!!!!!!

Thanks Lisajr - by the way I meant I did not like feeling FAT and unhealthy - I acutally love the "withdrawal" yuks because I know I'm getting back on track lol ... see y round.
