It's amazing what running will do for weight loss. Not to mention getting enough water... watching what you eat... etc. etc. Waist is down to 40.5in from 46in, feeling really good about things again!...
227.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
