not sure how you can burn more than you eat and still gain weight???

Are you sure that you are tracking calories well? If you are only getting 1026 calories while exercising off 2281, that isn't very healthy! Most people should not go below 1200 a day, I believe. Also, keep in mind a few things. One is that it can take some time sometimes for weight loss to show up. My weight loss only shows on the scale basically every one to two weeks. One reason is I am gaining muscle, but I think the primary reason has more to do with the digestive system. I think if you eat more cleansing foods, your weight loss shows up a little faster?

Oh sorry I forgot, try eating more meals. Keep them small, but eat throughout the day and your natural base metabolism will speed up a little, burning more calories while you are doing normal activities. Try some other metabolism techniques. In addition, if you are making yourself hungry, it will reduce metabolism I believe because the body will try to make up the difference. Maybe you have a few of these problems?
