oh hi LaraStar, I didn't see your message until now. Maintenance plan, yep, I guess I have one - it's just to continue exactly as I have been, on the G.I. diet more or less, and keeping physically active as much as possible because that really makes a massive difference, not just in terms of weight loss but also mood, energy levels and all that stuff. I hardly ever eat wheat in any form these days, and never eat rice or pasta. Keeping those foods out of my life is pretty much my maintenance plan in a nutshell.
