I am very excited that I was able to make it all the way through my step aerobics without feeling like I wanted to quit early! I think I really needed that day off yesterday to rest. But I noticed that my achelies tendon was hurting really bad about 2/3rd of the way through. Wondering if I need to wear shoes or if my form is wrong.
