started the gym on monday with my daughter. love to support and ciuntability. cant wait for xmas my hope is to loose at least 30 more pounds. i lost 20 and have been waiting to c if my friends family notice but i think a little more will make the diffrance. i do c it in my clothes and on tbe scale so. im going to keep it up and work for the best. Thank you God for the strength ;)
221.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 86.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
