Went to a banquet and it was surprisingly easy to be good. Had chicken crepes and salad ... passed on the bread and the dessert. I feel like God is with me in this and has brought me to that point of mind shift and acceptance. Praise be to God. Now I need patience to get to the point where exercise is this easy.
