Day 3: So yesterday was Day 3. I am trying to get into a better food routine and be more aware of what I am eating and how many calories I am intaking. I was doing really well yesterday, then my colleagues surprised me with a cake (it was my birthday yesterday) so I had a piece. Luckily it was a small piece, and had some strawberries in it instead of just pre chocolate cake. Believe I know it is still not the best food to intake, but I guess I deserve a little splurge on my birthday. I was good for dinner, just ate in. No worries.
