Well, I was just introduced to this site by my best friend who is also a member. I have been struggling with weight my whole life. It's time for a change.

yay!! im sooo happy we are doing this together! and i am happy you are doing the shred challange. the only part that will be hard for me will be having time to do it everyday. but i HAVE to!!! =) good luck!
