Weight is up - went out to dinner this week and birthday cake on top of Halloween - ugh - On the positive side I ran in a 5K today and I finished first in my age group (although I think there were only 5 or 6 women in my age group) I still got a medal which was pretty exciting for me... I'm curled up on the couch with carrot and celery sticks in the fridge for snacks - going to have a healthy low cal day and see if I can get back on track on the scale.
