I recorded everything this week and that made a difference.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know. It IS time consuming. :) But when I realized how much I was probably eating in a given week when I wasn't recording things, it renewed my commitment to marking everything down. Of course, I say this now since I have 5 seconds to myself. It always seems so much harder to track during the week. I think I just have a lot less free time then. Wonder how I can work around that problem.
