well I went for a long walk again last night, even did a couple of jogging spurts, which for me is very unusual!! Felt good, and feels even better this morning. I'd love to be able to do it again today but I have to work til 5:30 and by that time it will be dark, so I will be doing my workout today in the afternoon. I guess as long as I get some form of exercise in thats all that matters. Here's to a great Friday, and weekend!!

I wish I could go out for a walk outside, but #1 its to cold & #2 I swear the ground is so hard it hurts my back and legs!! What a baby I am!! LOL Have a great time out there - your doing great!

uh-oh - another runner emerging! That's how it started for me - a few jogging spurts during my walks. You'll be running 5K's before you know it! :)
