I have been seeing a trainer and adding ALOT of protein to my diet now for about three weeks. Because of my 27th birthday and Halloween, I cheated a few of those days. I have had 3 training sessions so far, and have only been able to do cardio once during that time. My goal is to start training 3 times a week with Jason, my trainer, and at least three cardio sessions a week.
