Halloween candy...so tempting. My husband just went out today and picked up a bunch MORE from the 75% off clearance sales.

I cannot have it around, because I totally indulge in it when it is in front of me. My favorite thing to do is take a Nestle's Crunch, Three Musketeers, or Hershey's Chocolate mini and smear peanut butter on it. (ahhh, peanut butter and chocolate, what a FINE marriage)

I allow myself one indulgence a day, because I have found that if I deny myself, I just want it more.

However, with all this chocolate lying around, it is VERY hard to stay away!

I say get rid of it, of course. For me it's the only way. But what do you usually allow for your daily indulgence? How many calories do you allow for it?

Well, it depends on the day and what I plan to eat. I sometimes allow up to 250 calories for my temptations! Again, it depends on the day. I hid the candy, by the way. Out of sight, out of mind really works for me, even when I know where I hid it! ;-)

I've been allowing myself the indulgence but I'm not letting nay more enter the house... so that though it's not good for me, I'm still remaining within my points and when it is gone it is gone... (I have a feeling I'm indulging more than you though)
