Whoo Hoooo !!!! Weighed in at TOPS this morning and I lost 4 lbs,!!!!! I am proud of that small loss, I earned it. Now let's keep it going.

4 pounds is a small loss? I'm in trouble then....

Keep in mind I had gained 2 lbs. the week before that, and I have over 150 lbs. to lose. Plus I have been very dedicated this week, I don't know long I can stay on track, but I'm really gonna try. I also realize any loss is a move in the right direction. I didn't mean to sound trite or unrealistic.
