My first week on the better weighs program went well. I need to move up to losing at least 2 lbs a week but I am very glad I lost weight. Emotionally, I am doing better now and feel more motivated to continue with my weight loss.
204.8 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 64.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
