vlaunier's Journal, 03 November 2009

So seems that with journaling, watching what I eat, and actually cooking my meals that I'm having a hard time eating enough points. Going to have to think of healthy snacks so I'm not tempted to binge on crap to fill up my points.

Jumped onto my wii today for the first time in 6 months and it felt relly good! I'm so proud that it felt like I picked up right where I left off! yay me! And now I'm off for a shower and bed!

It's been a good day diet-wise... Kids attitude-wise... well we won't go there!

I have the same issue with not getting enough points everyday....Not gonna stress over it though and neither should you. You can always drink milk to get a few extra points or fruit and veggies. There are lots of things that you can eat or drink that are healthy instead of eating the junk food. You can do this!! Mind over FOOD!!

I wish I had that issue...I always have no problem reaching my points. =( however, my husband was...and he was stressing himself out with trying to eat them all. He told our WW leader, and she told him to not kill himself if he doesn't eat all his points, but to never eat below 19 points a day. Not sure if that will help you, but thats what our leader told us. Good luck!

You could always add in things like nuts, which have good fats, and will boost your point count.

How old are your children? And do you have boys, girls, or both? I have 2 boys and they certainly can be a handful. Oh, and I really do wish that I had the problem of not reaching my points. They seem to add up far too quickly for me. Ugh.

Thanks for all the replies. I didn't even see them until now. Twilightmom - I have two girls. A 3 year old and an 18 month old! How old are your boys?

Oh my...both girls! I don't envy you for the teenage years. LOL (I know I was difficult at that age). My boys are ages 6 and 8.
