I went to the gym twice today. I haven't done that for a long time and it felt great. I worked on my rental property and then played basketball with my son and three of his buddies. I think they were surprised that I still had some moves. I love to play ball whenever I get a chance. The eating has been good for the past 2 days. I know I've said this before, but I do feel on track. It feels good. Nothing gets in the way of me and my workouts.

Sounds good you getting to play basketball again. I try to get away with grabbing and holding and that's while I'm winning when I play lol so you might be able to beat me.

@ splendid- I was a child prodigy at basketball so you don't wanna test my skills...lol..last night playing the boys, me and my son went one on one and he tried to block me-I head fake him to the right and went left..lol..his friends were like...oooooooh..lol it was funny.
