Since I have had trouble running (knee pain) I have had to take it easy for a while. My brother-in-law is a physical therapist and recommended taking 14 days off of running or fast walking until my knee heals. He told me I could swim or try an exercise bike in the meantime, but nothing else.

Well, I am not much of a swimmer and I do have an exercise bike, but I admit I really don't like it one bit. (boooooooring) Yes, I am picky! I loved jogging, but apparently my right knee didn't feel quite the same. :-)

I kept busy with housework today, but I have to say I feel out of my element without my regular exercise schedule! Urgh.
