Ok, yesterday was the day I started this all over again. I am determined this time, as always, and I will do my best to keep it up. Wish me luck.

Icemom, Good Luck! Try to eat what you want one day, the next, eat a well balanced diet of lots of fruits and vegs.. I have been working at this plan now for a year and a half and have lost over forty pounds. No, it's not the fastest plan but it is working! I also use Shaklee Cinch plan on my good eating days.
