Down 2 pounds since yesterday. Whew... I'm hoping that most of this 6 pounds is water weight and will easily fade away and I can continue moving down the ladder. This is a LOVELY week to be strict, NOT (TOTM) but I can do it!!!! can I be 160 by Thanksgiving??? I think YES.
