Two days of Halloween partys, with eating and drinking, I feel like a baloon, about ready to pop.
187.7 lb Lost so far: 27.3 lb.    Still to go: 7.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

That's a pretty good movtivator to drink lots of water today. =) Hang in there... it's amazing how quickly our bodies bounce back and you're doing great again!! =)

Today is the day, I hit my goal weight, 180 lbs. This is a great day, but all the work is not done. There is still 'junk in the trunk'. New goal is 175. I know now, weight is controlable.
