I was so naughty last night that I scared even myself. Ate tons of candy and drank 5 drinks and I didn't gain an ounce lol. That was my treat for Trick or Treat.

It's getting back on track the next day that's the killer... But, dang, wasn't it fun??

I pretty much ate whatever I wanted last month with no real weight gain. Just keep moving and you will be ok.

Just be carefull - for me, the weight never shows the next day... it hides for another day, and THEN shows its ugly face.

Nope, still no gain. I lost a few ounces more.
