This morning had , grapes, banana, and weight watcher breakfast (ham & cheese scramble) 220 colaries,9 fat grams
228.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet 1800 Calories a Day
