Been doing really good this week and drinking a lot of water, just missing my walking routine. I have kept a little under my carbs and tried to get all my veggies in! Really enjoy drinking the Almond milk I found at the market it is unsweetened no artificial sweetener or sugar; hopefully it doesn’t set me back at all. Two more days and I am going to weight in, I decided not to track my weight every day, because I was obsessing over it, so hopefully this works out!!! I know I did set myself back last weekend with the wine, but I hope it didn’t affect my progress this week as it has in the past!!!! I was tempted to over indulge this week due to boredom, but I didn’t. Not use to being home alone now that I work first shift 5am-1pm and my boyfriend is working 2-11pm so we haven’t seen much of each other at home. I am just plain happy I decided to take this journey to better health :)
