Wow that's pretty exciting. Hopefully you will get to meet her and how nice of her to do a Thanksgiving Dinner. Glad you're doing well with those veggies veggie!

That's cool!!! I like her. I don't care for her cooking lingo but she's fine. Last night I made some roasted carrots and mushrooms. It was delicious. I'm definitely making it again.

I am sorry your town is suffering so much-it's hard to imagine 8K people losing their almost at once. I hope the dinner lifts some spirits. Cannot wait for better times!

How terrible that your community is suffering like that. Good for her and you. I haven't tried any of her recipes but being Italian...no doubt delicioso! I wonder if she'll make turkey...?
