I didn't go to the gym today. I felt bad all day and slept for a couple of hours this afternoon with the heating pad.
I just looked on the gym schedule and Zumba isn't on for 6pm, it's combat kickboxing, which I'd die if I did. My knees and back already cause enough pain from the elliptical and Zumba. I tried to buy shoes for Zumba on Zappos but they don't have the shoes that I want in my size. I need to quit wearing gym shoes, they create way too much drag across the basketball court. I end up with awkward knee movements and pain during and much later.
I really-really-really expected some weight loss. I've been good about keeping track of my calories and exercise. The only time that I didn't include every single thing was the 3 days that I took heavy duty pain killers and they made me want to snack. I still ate potion controlled snack stuff but didn't always list it.
