Need to work harder to make my carbs and protein intake the same or more equal, need to figure out what to eat besides meat and eggs for protein.

I do a protein fruit smoothie 1-2 times or more a day depending on my activity. It's 8oz pineapple juice (not from concentrate) 1 small banana, 1 tsp flax seed oil, 1 tsp freshly ground brown flex seed with 1 scoop of Whey protein isolate. This is a great meal replacement. and it tastes soooooo good lol. Sometimes I throw in a handful or 2 of strawberries, blueberries or other fruit. No orange juice or citric juice.

Fat Free or 1% cottage cheese, very high in protein, peanut butter, 0 fat greek yogurt (read the labels, some yogurts are laden with sugar) go for 0% Athena, or Fage or Oikos or even Chobani - just make sure you are picking the 0% fat.
