Wow, was on a trip to England this weekend. Visited collegues and was Sunday on a 25 miles mountainbike ride and in the afternoon there was a walk of 2,5 hours. So, calories eaten, calories used!
Wow, ben dit weekend naar Engeland geweest. Collegas bezocht en zondag een mountainbike tocht van 40 kilometer gefietst en 's middags een wandeling van 2,5 uur gemaakt. Dus, calorien gegeten, calorien verbruikt!

Diet followed reasonably well.
