Was out shopping yesterday around lunch so had to grab something Fast food. First time I've done that since I started counting calories. One Wendy's combo (with small fries & water) = 1000 calories! Crazy! And it wasn't even filling! My usual salads with tuna or chicken are half the calories & twice as filling!
164.2 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
