Help! I cannot for the life of me get back on track! I am suffering from stress here and sugar has become comfort! I want so badly to cut it out again but can't find my motivation. I keep saying I'll start on Monday but Monday never comes. I'm so bummed. I don't have time to exercise like I used to and my eating habits have gone to the dogs! Any tips?

Take it one day at a time and one thing at a time. I would get your eating back on track first. Plan out what you want to do and try your best to stick with it. The exercise can come later. In the meantime take little steps to get some extra movement in your day like parking farther away in parking lots and taking stairs instead of elevators. Good luck! I KNOW you can do it! :)

Surround yourself with motivation - read articles, magazines, etc on healthy eating and exercise. Promise yourself to just do it for a week. You can do anything for a week! Then maybe your old healthy habits will kick back in! You can do it!

Story of my life!! how are you doing on exercise? i always find that i eat so much better when i exercise... and half the battle of working out is just getting into the gym. then once you start going you're back in the groove. i know it's so hard, but we can all do whatever we put our minds to!!

You don't HAVE to exercise to lose weight and you can always just walk you know! Maybe you could try cutting out a little bit at a time until you could get back in the swing of things? Good luck though!
