I really need to be more aware of what I eat. If I cheat, I want to make sure it's worth it. I want to be more disciplined about the things I put in my body. I also need to be very aware of portion sizes.
159.8 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
