Bust: 38 Chest: 32.5 Waist: 32 Pooch: 38 Hips: 42 Thighs: 24.75 Midleg: 18.5 Arm: 11.5
The past two weekends and the next two weekends have included a lot of traveling/visiting which means a lot more eating at restaurants, eating dairy, drinking alcohol, and other bad habits. I'm going to try and get through it with breaking my rules as little as possible and trying to just *not* gain weight. I did manage to keep a food journal for all but 2 days.
