Did poorly with the exercise this week but the good news is I am able to get around now and am going to get a "move on" starting tomorrow! Yeah. I added a new food this week, I had it on Wednesday, it was a phase 3 food. I'm not seeing a loss this week but there a number of factors and the new food is just one of them. I was down my pound earlier in the week so i am anticipaitng that I wil have a bigger loss next week, than my usual pound. I'm just happy that i maintained this week.

There are times I have to really push myself to get to the gym. I try to go every day, but sometimes on the weekend it's harder because they close at 7. You're doing great so far! I've been on Phase 1 for the week and will probably continue into next week because I was off the wagon between my Disney trip and trip to NY. I do realize that carbs are my trouble spot. P1 is so structured that I find it easier to resist my trouble foods.

I agree 100% about phase 1. I for one am not a fruit lover, I do find carbs to be my trouble spot too since we were raised on meat an potatoes, but I seem to enjoy my veggies, so I choose them instead of fruit and carbs. I do however like my desserts and have found the ricotta all flavors, the sugar free Jello with a little whipped cream, and a frozen coffee drink a good enough variety for me. They also keep me from looking for anyting else. You will get back on the wagon with no problem i'm sure.
