So this week... this past month has been hard. It is a challenge when you have family gatherings to stick to the plan. I did a little better this past weekend than I did the previous few. One more weekend to go and there shouldn't be anything, gatherings, birthday parties or get togethers in general for at least a month. I have a huge family and I love spending time with them. I just had never really noticed how much of our time together revolves around food. At the beginning of the month I signed up for 8 hours of zumba. After today's class I'm halfway through and debating purchasing another 8hr package. It is so hard when you live in the middle of almost nowhere (have to drive 30 to 40miles in any direction to do decent grocery shopping) to attend fitness classes. Two times a week for 30 miles 60 round trip is a lot of gas. I wish I could go 3 times a week but I just don't think that would be possible right now. Even the 2 days a week is cutting it close so I just don't know if I should do this for one more month or not. I wish I could go at least until the snow starts which is usually around Halloween. Zumba is so energizing. I'm also so glad I finally won the war against my hoop! Yay! Now I just need a bigger living room ^_~ The only major problem I'm having with my lifestyle change at the moment is how late I've been working out. I neeeeedddd to get to bed earlier I just cannot seem to make myself move until 10pm or later. I wish I had friends that were motivated to workout with me.
195.0 lb Lost so far: 44.0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
