This so sucks. Everytime i get determined to lose weight i just give up. It's harder being around my family and seeing them eat all this bad food while i'm trying to eat healthy. It's too easy for me to just give up and accept that i can't lose the weight. I really want to get back on my feet and begin the diet process again. I met this guy and i just really want to impress him. Also for myself. I know if i lose the weight it'll give me a huge confidence boost and i'll feel a lot better about myself. I want this try to be different. I am going to lose these ugly love handles and look cute in my skinny jeans! lol Its going to be hell getting there but it will be worth it. :)

omg you can totally do it...it cant just be a diet, it has to be a lifestyle!!! while your family is sitting around filling themselves with all that disgusting fat, perservatives, sugar,etc. you will feel so much better eating your protein and veggies!!!! its hard to get going, i craved taco bell so bad i even dreamed about it, but now when i smell it, it makes me sick and when i have a cheat day, i totally regret it because i feel disgusting!!! just hand in there marie, you can do this, and dont forget, it's ok to overindulge ONE day a week!!!!

I feel like I'm reading my life story family,guy and all. And guess what ?the only way your going to look cute in those jeans 27 pounds later is once you know deep down inside that you can rock them even with the extra weight! Also let me add, that doing this for this boy can be a motivation, but a dangerous one if things didn't work out.. Long story short: Do it for you, and most importantly love yourself no matter your size! Trust me its been a HUGE help to me :) Good luck!!
